Legal Responsibilities Training for Occupational Safety Specialists, Occupational Physicians and Managers

Özlem Academy Training and Consulting Inc. offers Legal Responsibilities Training specifically designed for occupational safety specialists, workplace physicians, and managers, within the framework of Law No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety, the Turkish Penal Code (TCK), and related regulations.


This training explains in detail how the chain of responsibility is established in cases of workplace accidents and occupational diseases, the scope of legal liabilities, and in what situations professionals may be held responsible in potential legal proceedings.


The training content covers administrative, legal, and criminal responsibilities under occupational safety and health (OSH) legislation; the responsibilities of employers and their representatives; the authority and obligations of occupational safety specialists and workplace physicians; document cancellation and penalty processes; expert witness practices; the workplace accident investigation process; and reporting responsibilities.


Participants gain legal awareness through real-life case analyses, using exemplary court decisions, expert reports, and court processes.
