HAZOP Process Hazard Analysis Training
Özlem Academy Training and Consulting Inc. offers Process Hazard Analysis Training within the framework of the internationally recognized HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) methodology in the field of process safety.
The training is prepared in accordance with the IEC 61882 standard and covers the process of systematically identifying and controlling potential hazards during the process design and operation phases.
The aim of the program is to equip engineers, occupational safety specialists, and process managers with the competence to identify hazards, conduct cause-and-consequence analysis, detect operational deviations, develop preventive/protective measures, and assess risk levels.
The training content covers HAZOP operating principles, guide words, node selection, team roles and responsibilities, HAZOP matrix creation, and LOPA integration in detail.
At the end of the training, participants will conduct hands-on HAZOP sessions using sample process flow diagrams (PFD) and piping instrumentation diagrams (P&ID).
All participants will receive a certificate of participation and a PDF of the training presentation.
